Now that we have a location locked down for BarCampBirmingham3 and registration is open. we need your help. BarCamp is all about participation, and here is your chance to participate.
We need you to help us get the word out about BarCampBirmingham3. How can you do that? Here are a few suggestions:
- Tweet about BarCampBirmingham
- Post about it on your blog (especially if you are attending)
- Join the Facebook Group or just Become A Fan
- Join the Google Group and participate in BarCampBirmingham planning discussions
- Email your friends and family
- Email your co-workers
We had 70 technology enthusiasts from Birmingham and the surrounding area attend BarCampBirmingham2 and we want to make BarCampBirmingham3 even better.
In addition to the main BarCampBirmingham3 event, we will also have our traditional pre-camp gathering as well as a post-camp wrap party. Stay tuned for more info on both of those events.
I’m excited about this year’s event. We’re going to double the number of participants, so we’ll have even more choices of topics and speakers.
