BarCampBirmingham3 will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2009. Here is a rough outline of how the day will go down.
9:00 am - Campers arrive and start putting sessions on the session board
9:30 am - Sessions Start. We will have plenty of rooms to accommodate multiple talks. Talks will run for about 30 minutes each with 15 minute intervals in between.
Noon-ish - We break for lunch
1:00 pm - Return from lunch and submit afternoon session ideas
1:30 pm - Afternoon session starts
4:00pm - BarCamp ends. Clean up, wrap up, door prizes, etc.
